McFarland USA is now my favorite movie. It had such a good story plot, and it's so cool that it's a cross country movie. It talks about how McFarland is a very poor town in California and how these Mexican kids have to work in farms in the early morning, then go to school all day, then they go back to the farms. A guy discovers they are very fast runners, and wants to start a cross country team. It adds comedy to a movie that keeps you on the edge of your seat. You HAVE to see this movie. I rate it *****.
Earth To Echo was a pretty good movie idea in general, except it wasn't their idea. It was basically ET and even had the finger touch moment. Please, if your going to make a movie, come up with some original ideas. The only original (but not really that original) idea was almost the whole thing was filmed by a person with terrible camera skills (on purpose) Creative, but annoying. But if you don't care about anything like that, then I suggest it. I rate it ***.
I was suggested to do the LEGO Movie. I personally liked the LEGO Movie the first time I watched it. The first. After the fourth time, you kinda get annoyed with it. I agree it's funny, I agree it's clever, and maybe I downloaded Everything Is Awesome on iTunes, but they doesn't make it less annoying. However, sometimes annoying is good. I rate it ***.
Click on this too see the whole post if you can't see the whole thing. Anyway, this movie was way too long for it's awful plot. Why is it a Godzilla movie? If you going to make it like 2 gazillion hours long, please make Godzilla show up for more than 1/20 of the movie. The title should have been, "Mothra Or Whatever It Is Attacks The Town And They Find Out There's A Second Mothra And Some People You Didn't Like Anyway Die Then Godzilla Shows Up And Fails At Killing Mothra Because Apparently He's Good Now Then You See There Are Mothra Eggs Then There's Godzilla Again Who We Find Out Had A Laser Power The Entire Time And Kills Mothra Or Not Because The Effects Are Terrible And There's No Blood 2014" That's a much better title. The original was better. I wish I could rate it a negative *, but I can't, so I rate it *.
